Sales Manager – Property Auctions

£35,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance + uncapped commission

Are you an experienced estate agent who knows the local market (Northants, Beds and Bucks) and loves winning business? We’re working with a respected national auction house to find a Sales Manager who can source quality property instructions and manage sales through the auction process from start to finish. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-building and seeing deals through to completion with strong earning potential to match.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building relationships and a portfolio of partnerships to support this rapidly growing area of the business
• Valuing and securing residential, mixed-use and commercial properties
• Advising clients on selling by auction
• Managing sales from instruction to completion
• Building new business through networking and referrals
• Representing the brand professionally across the region

What we’re looking for:

• Solid estate agency experience in Northants, Beds or Bucks
• A proven track record in valuations and listings
• Confident, professional and highly organised
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
• Auction experience is a bonus, not a must

• £35,000 basic salary with uncapped commission paid monthly
