  • Processing member transactions (inbound and outbound), ensuring payments are correctly imported and exported
  • Ensuring bank transactions are recorded accurately and accounts are reconciled
  • Processing business expenditure in line with approved budget holder requests
  • Administering a bereavement fund with care and sensitivity
  • Processing payroll deduction change requests
  • Verifying large deposits and withdrawals to help prevent financial crime
  • Accurately verifying and storing financial documentation
  • Processing internal transactions
  • Supporting the finance team with additional administrative tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office
  • Confidence handling financial data
  • Integrity and respect for confidentiality
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong service ethic
  • Ability to manage workload and work collaboratively

Previous experience in a finance or administration environment would be helpful, but attitude, care and reliability are just as important. If you can picture yourself working here and contributing to this great team and organisation, apply now - we can't wait to hear from you!
