Independent Financial Planner
Clients to inherit from day one!
We're partnering with a highly respected, independently owned Chartered financial planning firm that is experiencing sustained growth through both strong referral activity and an increasing volume of incoming enquiries. As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planner to join their expanding team.
This is a genuine opportunity to inherit client relationships from day one, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality advice while continuing to build your own client bank over time. The firm has established an excellent reputation for holistic financial planning and is committed to providing a client-centric, long-term approach to wealth management.
Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum
- Chartered status or progress towards Chartered qualifications would be advantageous, although not essential
- A minimum of 3 years' experience providing holistic financial planning advice within an independent advice environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop trust and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Commercially minded, with confidence converting enquiries and identifying opportunities to grow relationships
The opportunity:
The business combines the flexibility and culture of a boutique financial planning firm with ambitious growth plans. Having successfully expanded through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, they are well positioned for the next phase of their journey.
You'll benefit from:
- An immediate client bank and pipeline of new enquiries
- Freedom to provide genuinely independent advice
- A highly supportive and collaborative culture
- Long-term career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow
- Potential future equity participation for the right individual who wants to play a key role in the firm's success
Location:
The role offers a high degree of flexibility and can be predominantly home-based, with travel required for client meetings. Applicants should be based in the South East, with London, Surrey or Berkshire being particularly well suited.
