The Role: We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across the US. This is a true hunter role—if closing deals and building relationships at the enterprise level excites you, this is your lane. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, engage, and close new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 & beyond). Manage full sales cycle: outreach → presentations → onboarding. Navigate complex decision-making at multiple levels. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Represent the company at industry events and conferences (2–3 per year). Qualifications / Must-Haves: Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space. 7+ years selling professional staffing (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. 3–5 years experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, or VMS is a plus. Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Tech-savvy: CRM (Dynamics), Zoom, MS Office Suite. Manage sales process from initial outreach to new client onboarding. Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making. Achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers. Attend industry events QUALIFICATIONS: Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space. 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers. 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS would be a plus. Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc.. Entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year. Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must reside in the US.
