Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 base / £55,000 - £70,000 OTE (uncapped) inc Vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, hand tool allowance.

About the company
This is an opportunity to join a well-established building services specialist with a long term contract in the London area. The company have a long standing contract covering 4/5 sites in London. Whilst this role is mobile, the reality is that you will be semi-static moving around the same sites 80% with 20% other customers.

What will you be doing?
- You’ll be working across a mix of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out: Service, maintenance and fault finding on AC & refrigeration systems. This is approx 50/50 split between maintenance and reactive works.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Supporting ventilation and general building services works
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
- Working independently while staying connected to a wider engineering team
What are we looking for?
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration
- F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Experience within commercial and/or industrial environments (preferred)
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own hand tools
