About the role

Are you a skilled Gas & Plumbing Engineer who takes real pride in your work?

Do you enjoy seeing the difference your craftsmanship makes day to day?

We’re working with a well-established property services company based in Portsmouth, working across residential and light commercial projects throughout Hampshire. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that values quality, reliability, and people who genuinely care about what they do. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from installations and servicing to diagnosing faults and supporting full refurb projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carrying out boiler installations, servicing, and maintenance
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
  • Installing full heating systems and completing general plumbing work
  • Supporting refurbishment projects, including bathrooms and kitchens
  • Ensuring all work meets current safety standards and regulations

Do you like being trusted to get the job done right, with the freedom to manage your own day?

What we’re looking for

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating
  • Gas Safe Registration (essential)
  • Strong experience in domestic plumbing and heating systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and professional in approach

Are you ready to join a company that values your input and lets you make a real difference?

What’s in it for you

  • Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
  • Company vehicle and fuel card
  • Uniform and tools provided
  • Private medical insurance
  • Yearly performance bonus
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Varied and interesting work across Hampshire

Looking for an employer who supports you — and understands life outside of work matters too?

Why join

This isn’t a place where you’ll get lost in a big corporate structure. You’ll be an integral part of a small, respected team where your work is valued, your ideas are heard, and your efforts are rewarded. If you’re a qualified engineer who wants autonomy, stability, and the chance to keep developing your skills — we’d love to hear from you.
