Customer Care Coordinator Location Poole Full-time, Permanent Hours Mon - Fri office hours Pay £28k - £30k Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a role where every day is different? Join this friendly team and play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for customers. In this varied role, you’ll coordinate and resolve property defects, liaise with contractors, schedule works, and keep accurate records. You’ll also support inspections, handovers and ensure homes meet the highest standards before completion. Building strong relationships with homeowners and colleagues will be at the heart of what you do. What we’re looking for: Strong organisational and communication skills A problem-solver who thrives in a busy environment Full UK driving licence (developments across Dorset & Hampshire) What we offer: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service to 28 days, Expenses paid including travel, Pension, Death in service benefit, Lots of wellbeing and social events, Onsite parking.
