A well-established logistics business is looking for an experienced Depot Manager to lead operations at their busy Southampton site. With a team of 50+ staff and responsibility for managing up to 400 pallet movements per day, this role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery, drive performance, and build a high-performing culture.
