An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Building Services. You’ll be joining a well-established and fast-growing engineering firm delivering high-quality projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Up to £2m in value.
Develop and manage detailed project programmes and schedules
Maintain quality standards and ensure all technical specifications are met
Organise and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Oversee and implement all health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, method statements, COSHH, and permit-to-work systems
Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
Proactively manage project scope and variations to ensure commercial success
Accurately estimate labour and materials, and produce regular project progress reports
Attend site visits as required
About You
Proven experience managing M&E or construction-related projects
Good understanding of building services
Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
Confident managing people and coordinating with subcontractors
Commercially aware with experience in project finances and variation control
Capable of interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Full UK driving licence required
Willingness to travel as necessary
Security clearance would be an advantage
