Experience
Minimum of 2 to 3 years proven experience.Professional and Personal
City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 in Safe Handling of Refrigerants
NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds in AC, Heating & Ventilation or Service & Maintenance
IPAF/PASMA and Full UK Driving Licence required
Electrical qualifications preferred
Strong AC/HVAC maintenance, installation, and fault-finding experience
Proven FM/building services background in commercial settings
Experienced in working to strict Health & Safety standards
Job Responsibilities
- Perform PPM, reactive and installation works on AC/HVAC systems to required standards. Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and undertake basic electrical fault finding. Ensure all work meets H&S regulations and documentation is accurately maintained Maintain performance standards for all AC/HVAC equipment and areas. Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times. Proactively liaise with clients and suggest service improvements.
