Architectural Technologist | Darlington | Growing, Partner Led Practice

We're working on behalf of a well established architecture practice, with over 30 years' history and combined team experience of more than a century, delivering a partner led, full lifecycle service across care home, residential, industrial and commercial sectors. It's a compact, growing team where you'll work closely with partners rather than getting lost in a large hierarchy.We're looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the practice, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to completion, with scope to take on Job Runner responsibilities as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.

What you'll bring

Experience producing technical drawings and documentation.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other BIM or CAD software.

Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and technical detailing.

A full UK driving licence is desirable, site visits form part of the role.
