Architectural Technologist | Newcastle upon Tyne | Close-Knit, Long-Established Practice

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Newcastle architecture practice with a significant track record across housing, education, healthcare, heritage and supported living projects throughout the UK. It's a medium-sized studio where people genuinely know each other, several team members have been there for 20+ years, and many clients are repeat business.

They're looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the team, working across a varied portfolio from early design through to technical delivery, including conservation and listed-building work.

What you'll bring

• Experience producing technical drawings and detailing packages.
• Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction technology.
• Comfort working across a genuinely wide sector range, housing to heritage to healthcare.
