The practice has built an outstanding reputation over the years and continues to benefit from a strong pipeline of repeat business across the Residential, Commercial & Healthcare sectors.

They’re progressive in their approach and are looking for an experienced Architect who can bring fresh ideas, challenge convention, and help shape the future of the studio with full backing from the leadership team.

This opportunity could suit:

✔️ A Senior Architect or Project Architect ready to take the next supported step into an Associate position

✔️ An established Associate Architect looking for a genuine long-term opportunity with equity potential

Shareholding opportunities at this level are rare.

The initial salary will pay up to £55,000 plus a strong package.
