Job Summary

We are partnered with a leading UK workplace design and build specialist to appoint a Project Manager, as they continue to grow their teams across Manchester.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of commercial workplace fit out projects, typically ranging from CAT A to CAT B within office environments.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing full project lifecycle from pre-start through to handover
  • Coordinating design, commercial, and site delivery teams
  • Managing programme, budget, and quality control
  • Leading client communication and stakeholder management
  • Overseeing subcontractors and site activities
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance and project governance
  • Driving delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects


The salary is paying in the region of £55,000-£65,000 plus a 5k car allowance and strong company package.
