As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of commercial workplace fit out projects, typically ranging from CAT A to CAT B within office environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full project lifecycle from pre-start through to handover
- Coordinating design, commercial, and site delivery teams
- Managing programme, budget, and quality control
- Leading client communication and stakeholder management
- Overseeing subcontractors and site activities
- Ensuring health & safety compliance and project governance
- Driving delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects
The salary is paying in the region of £55,000-£65,000 plus a 5k car allowance and strong company package.
