I’m currently working with a fantastic business within the workplace design & build sector, who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager as part of their continued growth.This is a genuinely strong opportunity to join a well-established, highly respected company delivering high-quality commercial fit out and workplace projects for some major UK clients.


The business has built an excellent reputation within the market, not just for the projects they deliver, but for how they treat their people. They’ve created a collaborative, mature environment where individuals are trusted, supported and given room to progress.The role itself will involve managing fast-paced commercial fit out projects from site, overseeing subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard throughout.


They’re keen to speak with individuals who have:


  • Experience managing commercial fit out/interiors projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-led approach on site
  • SMSTS / CSCS qualifications
