Elliot Thomas Consulting are exclusively partnered with a nationally recognised AJ100 architectural practice seeking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead their technical team within the Manchester office, with a clear pathway toward Associate level within the next 12 months.

The practice is continuing to strengthen its presence in the Manchester market and currently operates with a well-established team of 10, consisting of Architects, Architectural Technologists, and Architectural Assistants. With ambitious growth plans already underway, this appointment will play a key role in the next phase of the office’s development.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be involved across all RIBA stages, taking a lead role particularly from stages 4–7.

Initially, the workload will focus on cladding, remediation, and residential schemes, with the opportunity to broaden your sector exposure over time across both private and public sector projects, including government-led developments.

The role requires strong technical capability, with proven experience delivering projects through to completion. Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential.

The salary on offer is in the region of £45,000–£50,000, alongside a competitive benefits package including:
