You will play a key role in ensuring excellent patient care and smooth daily operations both in the clinic and at the front desk. If you are passionate about dentistry, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Patient Care: Provide chairside support to dentists, ensuring that patients feel relaxed, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit. • Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, assist with procedures, and maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment. • Reception Duties: Manage appointment bookings, welcome patients, answer telephone queries, and handle patient records and administrative tasks. • Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with GDC and CQC standards and contribute to practice audits and policies. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and the wider team to deliver a seamless patient journey from reception to treatment. ________________________________________   Requirements • GDC Registration: Must be registered with the General Dental Council (or actively working towards registration). • CPD: Up-to-date with Continuing Professional Development. • Technical Skills: Experience with dental software systems is preferred (training can be provided). • Communication: Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. • References: Ability to provide 2x professional references. • Indemnity: Current professional indemnity insurance required. ________________________________________ Job Type: Full-time Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) ________________________________________ Is this the role for you?
