.What you’ll be doing
• Developing, maintaining, and improving the case management system
• Fixing and rebuilding workflows, templates, docs, MI reports, and any oddities users discover
• Translating “can you just…” requests into tidy, workable solutions
• Testing, deploying, and supporting system changes with minimal drama
• Troubleshooting live issues and working with third-party suppliers when needed
• Keeping the platform patched, updated, and running smoothly across multiple regions
What you’ll need
• Solid experience with Proclaim or another case management system
• Confident working with workflows, linked actions, database interactions, and system logic
• Ability to work directly with users and explain things without sounding like a textbook
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workloadNice to have• T-SQL or API experience
• Familiarity with Agile environments
• Knowledge of Housing, Environmental, Litigation, or similar case types
