They’re growing quickly enough to need a Product Manager who can keep delivery tight and momentum high.This isn’t a role for people who think agile means sitting in meetings all day. You’ll be hands-on, running standups, shaping the roadmap, translating ideas into shippable work, and keeping communication flowing between tech, operations, compliance, and commercial teams. You’ll be the bridge between bright ideas, regulated requirements, and real delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Running standups, retros, and monthly planning

• Turning loose ideas into clear user stories and actionable tasks

• Prioritising the backlog and pushing back when needed

• Keeping delivery honest and deadlines realistic

• Testing releases, coordinating launches, and chasing down bugs

• Lining up developers, suppliers, operations, and finance teams

• Spotting smarter ways of working and actually implementing them

You’ll probably need to have

• Product ownerexperience

• Experience working closely with engineers

• A working knowledge of agile that goes beyond buzzwords

• Confidence to align developers, operations, compliance, and commercial teams

• Bonus points for experience in fintech, payments, compliance, or any regulated environment

• Some analytical sense, whether that’s Power BI, or similar tools
