Frontend Developer (WordPress) £35,000 –£45,000 | Hybrid – 2 days a week in Manchester | Permanent

Standard 8 are working with a creative outfit that knows how to make brands stand out online. Think big names in in the retail and entertainment sector , plus a few up-and-comers with something to prove. They design and build digital experiences that look great, load fast and actually work.

Now they’re after a Frontend Developer who can do more than just follow a Figma file. Someone who gets design, writes clean code, and wants to build work that turns heads for the right reasons.

You’ll be: - Building responsive, design-led sites in WordPress and React - Collaborating with designers and strategists to turn bold ideas into slick, functional builds - Getting involved in client chats when needed – they like devs who can explain what’s possible (and what’s not) - Sharing knowledge and raising the bar for the team

You’ll need: - Around 2+ years’ commercial experience - Strong skills across WordPress, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Familiarity with REST APIs - PHP is desirable - An understanding of design tools (Adobe, Figma etc) - A bit of passion in what you build

The practical stuff: - £35,000–£45,000 salary - 2 days in the Manchester office (rest remote) - Full-time, permanent - Bonus scheme + more
