Set within a grand Victorian building overlooking the Suffolk coastline and North Sea, the property blends classic seaside charm with modern comfort and is a favourite for both weekend escapes and longer coastal stays. The Hotel Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage rotas, develop the team, and work closely with the kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
