Ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to strengthen their skills in a structured, high-quality kitchen, or a confident Demi Chef ready to step up. 


Main duties and responsibilities:·      

Run and take ownership of your section during prep and service.·       

Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and cleanliness.·       

Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver smooth service.·      

Assist with prep, stock rotation, and basic ordering on your section.·       

Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. 


Essential criteria:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie.·       

Background in a quality fresh food kitchen (Rosette experience beneficial but not essential).·       

Good attention to detail and pride in presentation.·       

Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure.·       

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
