Job title: Hotel Breakfast Chef 

Salary: 14 GBP p/hr 

Location: Thorpeness, Suffolk 

Accommodation provided: Yes, on an all-inclusive basis 

Charge for accommodation: 78 GBP per week

Type of contract: Permanent – 45 hrs per week 


We are seeking a reliable and skilled Breakfast Chef to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes while supporting the kitchen team with food preparation for afternoon and evening service. This role is ideal for someone organised, efficient, and passionate about fresh, well-presented food. 


Key Responsibilities:·       

Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.

Set up and maintain the breakfast service area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.

Assist with daily kitchen prep for afternoon and evening menus, including chopping, portioning, and batch cooking.

Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the Head Chef.

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service throughout the day. 


Requirements:·       

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently during morning service.

Knowledge of food safety standards.

A positive attitude and willingness to support the team across all services.
