Type of contract: Permanent – 40 hours per week


We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant & Events Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations while coordinating weddings, private functions and corporate events.


Main duties and responsibilities:


Managing restaurant service across all trading periods


Leading and motivating the FOH team


Coordinating weddings, private events & corporate functions


Creating staff rotas and controlling labour costs


Working closely with the Head Chef for seamless service


Handling guest feedback and ensuring high satisfaction


Driving upselling, event revenue and repeat business


Maintaining licensing, H&S and compliance standards


Essential criteria:


Proven experience as a Restaurant or Events Manager


Strong leadership and organisational skills


Experience running weddings and private functions


Commercial awareness and cost control experience


Flexible to work evenings and weekends


Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transport
