The Opportunity
As a Private Clients Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our new business growth in the region. This isn't a role for order-takers; we are looking for a proactive hunter who loves getting out of the office, building relationships, and unlocking doors to affluent clientele.Supported by a respected brand with excellent market access and a solid reputation, you will have all the tools you need to succeed, win business, and maximize your earning potential through our lucrative commission structure.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Prospecting: Independently identify, target, and acquire new HNW and Ultra-HNW clients across the region.
Networking & Lead Generation:
Attend local events, build relationships with key introducers (wealth managers, estate agents, solicitors), and establish a strong local presence.
Consultative Selling:
Assess complex risk profiles for affluent individuals (including fine art, high-value property, prestige vehicles, and yachts) and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets.
Client Management:
Deliver a flawless, concierge-level onboarding experience to secure long-term client retention.What We Are Looking ForHNW Experience: Proven track record working within the High-Net-Worth / Private Clients insurance sector.
Sales Hunter Mentality: Highly motivated, resilient, and KPI-driven with a passion for outbound prospecting.
Superb Networking Skills: Natural ability to build rapport, influence high-profile individuals, and establish trust quickly.
Location: Based within a commutable distance of Fareham, with a full UK driving license to attend client meetings and networking events.
Professionalism: Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal. Cert CII qualification is highly desirable.
