Role Overview
As a Trainee Insurance Team Leader, you will undergo a structured development program designed to prepare you for a leadership role. Under the guidance of experienced managers, you will learn to oversee a team of insurance agents, drive performance, and deliver excellent customer service, all while gaining valuable industry knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities Training and Development: Participate in leadership training programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions. Team Support: Work closely with team members to understand their roles and challenges, providing assistance where needed. Customer Engagement: Learn to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Sales Insights: Gain a deep understanding of sales strategies and processes to help the team meet targets. Compliance Learning: Familiarize yourself with insurance regulations and company policies to ensure adherence in all activities. Leadership Preparation: Shadow experienced team leaders to observe best practices in managing performance, coaching staff, and fostering team spirit. Dealing with new business sales, mid-term adjustments, liaising with Underwriters, re-broking, issuance and renewals Any other business required by the business.
