Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire direct-hire and call center staffing contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close service agreements, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with available talent pools.
Research market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the staffing industry.
Represent CoreStaffing Solutions at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.

Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot (preferred).
