Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker

Salary: £32,000 – £33,000 per year

Connective Career Pathways are currently recruiting Children’s Residential Support Workers for a residential children’s service in Skelmersdale.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting children and young people with their day-to-day routines

Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well being

Building positive and trusting relationships with young people

Supporting education, activities and independence skills

Working as part of a team to maintain a safe and supportive home environment

Requirements:

A caring, reliable and resilient approach

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification recognised by Ofsted)

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is desirable
