Support Cleaner

Location: Suffolk

Salary: £28,053 per annum

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday, working between 07:00 and 22:00 on a rota basis.

Travel Requirements: Regular travel across multiple sites within the region. Occasional overnight stays may be required.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, adaptable and customer-focused Support Cleaner to join our team in Suffolk.

This is a varied role supporting cleaning operations across multiple locations, ensuring our customers receive a consistently high standard of service. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in different environments and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

As a Support Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting operational teams and ensuring sites remain clean, safe and welcoming for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning services in line with client specifications and service level agreements.
• Carry out recovery, periodic and deep cleaning activities across multiple sites.
• Respond to operational requirements and support site teams where needed.
• Follow all customer security, health and safety, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain cleaning stock levels and ensure materials are stored correctly.
• Keep cleaning stores organised and presentable.
• Record site visits and complete all required documentation.
• Support new starters with site familiarisation and operational procedures.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.

• Have previous commercial cleaning experience.
