Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and hire technical talent for our TPM, Cloud and Core Teams
Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent for each role
Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
Utilize broader trends and data in the business and industry to continuously improve the company's brand from a hiring perspective, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning process
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Compass Staffing’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting within Corporate and/or Technical recruiting
Strong understanding of the recruiting function and process to partner effectively with stake holders, hiring managers and decision makers.
A proven track record of strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic Corporate structured environment. Experience recruiting with BrassRing, iCIMS or ADP PRO systems a plus.
Passion for creating an inclusive, candidate-first hiring process
Manage an active full cycle desk with 20 plus multi discipline skill sets.
Work effectively and efficiently with company leaders.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical recruitment field.
Minimum 5 years in an agency or corporate position.
