Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team, helping to provide personalized support and management of client cases across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, insurance, social services, or legal industries. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, creating care or service plans, and ensuring clients receive appropriate resources and support. You will collaborate with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective case resolution and meet client goals.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in case management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, social services, or legal environments. Experience in working with a diverse clientele and understanding their unique needs.
