With your digital creative experience, you will deliver world-class CRM content to engage our shoppers and families. You should have experience applying the highest brand standards across the CRM eco-system and delight in data-driven creative.
You are an advocate for integrated CRM best practices and are proficient in the idea of create, test and interate. You are an excellent collaborator across multi-disciplinary teams and above all champion the shopper in every piece of communication, so they are the center of everything you do.
Job Responsibilities
- Design high-quality CRM content, from concept to execution, that elevates and maintains LEGO brand standards.
- Partner with CRM, Personalisation, and Loyalty/Membership to continually refine acquisition and retention efforts through create-test-iterate model.
