Our client is automating the most complex manual human processes using AI for some of the world’s largest companies. To enable this at scale, they're building a new English-based programming paradigm—simple, elegant, and capable of doing highly sophisticated work. Tasks that once required hours of manual effort can now be completed in minutes with better-than-human quality, simply through natural language instructions. We’re hiring for a Forward Deployed Engineer—a multi-disciplinary role that blends programming, project management, and relationship-building. In this role, you’ll be embedded within enterprise environments, developing close relationships with stakeholders, overseeing operational rollouts, and—most critically—building automations using our internal AI-based programming platform to solve complex customer problems. Attributes We’re Looking For: Seniority • 2–5 years of experience, ideally as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similarly hands-on technical role. • Strong ability to code, test, iterate with users, and own full cycles of delivery. Work Experience • Prior hands-on involvement in enterprise software deployments at B2B SaaS companies. • Experience writing production code as part of those deployments. • Bonus: Prior experience as a founder or working in an early-stage startup environment. Education • Technical background required; specific degree or institution is not a factor.
