Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining back-office systems, and supporting the delivery of comprehensive financial planning services. The role offers exposure to investment products, pension administration, and wealth management solutions.
Client Service & Communication
Act as first point of contact for client queries
Manage client correspondence and communications
Handle information requests professionally and promptly
System Management
Maintain back office systems with accurate data
Update client records and documentation
Ensure all client information is current and compliant
Provider Interaction
Liaise with third party providers
Generate and process client illustrations
Coordinate with external stakeholders
Documentation Support
Produce client administration documents
Prepare correspondence for client communications
Maintain accurate filing systems
Financial Planning Support
Work with financial planning team
Assist with client meeting preparation
Support paraplanning requirements
Client Onboarding
Process new client documentation
