Experience
ESSENTIAL: Previous financial services experience, specifically within a Wealth Management or IFA environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive, enthusiastic approach to work.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive client meeting packs, notes and action schedules
- Process new business whilst adhering to company procedures
- Generate client valuations and support Paraplanning team with documentation
- Maintain professional client relationships and resolve queries
- Process fund switches and maintain up-to-date client records
- Coordinate client reviews and ensure consultant preparation
- Assist with diary management and meeting organisation
- Manage and maintain accurate client database
- Work collaboratively within the team to achieve objectives
- Pursue professional qualifications and technical knowledge development
