The successful candidate will work in partnership with Financial Planners, providing meaningful input into tailored wealth management strategies through comprehensive research, analysis, and reporting.
Experience
Candidates must have previous experience in a technical paraplanning role with a strong understanding of financial planning and investment products. Level 4 Diploma qualification is essential, along with knowledge of UK regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advisers to review client information, meeting notes, factfinds, existing portfolios, and objectives
- Conduct extensive research to identify suitable client solutions with clear supporting analysis
- Develop detailed suitability reports in a clear, client-friendly format
- Prepare and maintain cashflow models to illustrate clients' future financial positions
- Support meeting preparation by gathering relevant information, reports and valuations
- Attend client meetings to assist with presentations and address queries
- Handle ongoing client communications and ensure timely actioning of requirements
- Progress professionally by taking on increasingly complex portfolios and research work
- Work closely with financial planners to deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies
- Ensure all work complies with UK regulatory requirements and company standards
