Job Summary

Electrical Engineers – Help Design the Next Generation of Nuclear

We’re building the electrical design team for a first-of-a-kind Small Modular Reactor (SMR) programme.

This is not a maintenance or commissioning role.

This is early-stage, design-led engineering — shaping systems before procedures are frozen.

What we’re looking for

Electrical Engineers with experience in plant electrical systems

Power distribution, protection, grounding, interfaces with I&C

Background in nuclear, energy, oil & gas, or other safety-critical industries

Engineers who enjoy technical ownership and judgement, not just execution

Why this is interesting

Work on a FOAK SMR design with global impact

High technical responsibility and visibility

Based in the South-West (UK), with flexibility

Join a growing engineering team while the design is still being shaped

If you’re an Electrical Engineer who wants to be part of the design story — not just the delivery phase, let’s talk.
