Job Summary

A great opportunity to join a UK engineering team working on some of the most technically demanding structures in the energy sector. We’re looking for Civil/Structural Engineers who enjoy detailed calculations, reinforced concrete design, and solving real engineering challenges on safety-critical nuclear projects.

You’ll contribute to the design of major infrastructure including containment structures, foundations, nuclear island buildings, and complex reinforced concrete components. This is hands-on structural engineering with real impact, supported by an experienced global organisation with decades of nuclear expertise.

Whether your background is nuclear, energy, defence, infrastructure, or complex RC/steelwork design, this role provides a chance to grow within a high-calibre technical environment and help shape the UK’s next generation of low-carbon power.

Company Summary
Our client is the UK division of an international engineering consultancy within a global energy group. The UK team delivers civil, structural, and multidisciplinary engineering expertise for nuclear new build, SMRs, and major energy-transition infrastructure. With a long history in nuclear and a growing UK presence, they offer a technically rich environment for engineers who want to develop in a regulated, high-impact sector.
