Job Responsibilities
- Sales: Drives topline sales in the account
- Collections: Ensures timely collections of receivables from the account
- Profitability: Ensures profitability of the account by managing expenses, portfolio mix, trade discounts, and returns
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen brand equity and positioning in the market.
- Campaign Management: Plan and lead marketing initiatives, including digital, TV, PR, and promotional campaigns.
- Product Development: Oversee new product development from concept creation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams for packaging, R&D, and operations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and sales analysis to assess brand performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve brand salience.
- Client & Customer Engagement: Lead brand communications and ensure a seamless customer experience through effective collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Innovation & Growth: Spearhead new product launches, identify new business channels, and enhance market presence through innovation and trade support.
