Experience
Proven experience in recruitment Having experience in business development and/or sales will be a huge plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Independent, driven, and results-oriented Proficiency in sourcing techniques and market insights Capable of handling recruitment and client acquisition simultaneously Is able to commit to at least 15 hours a week
Job Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing strategies.
- Business Development: Identify and pitch to new clients, expanding Capacita's client base.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates from initial contact to successful placement.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and provide valuable market intelligence.
- Client Engagement: Nurture long-term client relationships to enhance business growth.
