Canter Leigh Search is partnering with a leading global law firm to hire a Corporate Associate Solicitor (4-8years PQE) in their offices in London, UK.
The opportunity
The position will include a full range of corporate M&A, investment and advisory work. The client and sector coverage will vary across industries and size, providing excellent opportunties for the successful candidate to have a broad range of exposure in role. The successful applicant will provide support with drafting and negotiating a range of documents including share and asset purchase agreements, articles of association, shareholders' and investment agreements and other related transaction documentation.
The successful candidate will have prior experience of drafting the above documentation, have supported or led negotiations for delivery of a mandate. You will have 4-8 years post qualified experience, operated in a busy team (ideally with an international presence) and have had a broad range of corporate department exposure throughout your career.
