What They're Looking For

Experienced Senior QS from a consultancy background

Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards it)

Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence

Experience on commercial, BTR, or mixed-use schemes (other sectors will be considered)

Someone ready to take ownership of prestigious projects
