We’re working with a leading property & advisory firm to appoint a Senior to Associate level Building Surveyor to help build and shape a brand-new Building Consultancy team in Leeds.

This is a rare chance to join at an early stage, working directly with senior leadership to grow a team and make a real impact in the region. The business has recently appointed a new Director to help drive this growth, working alongside an established leadership team to build out the Leeds offering.

Importantly, this isn’t a “blank canvas” with no work. They already have a strong pipeline in place, including involvement in an exciting high-rise Build-to-Rent scheme in the heart of Leeds city centre, alongside a broad mix of professional and project-led instructions.

The Role

A true all-round position, offering a balanced mix of:

• Project Management / Contract Administration

• Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

• Dilapidations

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

• General professional Building Surveying services

• MRICS qualified (or close to completion)

• Experience across both project and professional work

• Commercially aware and client-facing

• Someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership

• Ambition to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial team
