A leading multi-state personal injury law firm is seeking a Bilingual Attorney (English/Spanish) to join our fast-paced and highly successful team in Charlotte, NC. About the Role

<span class="ql-cursor"></span>As a key member of our legal team, the attorney will manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Responsibilities include client communication, drafting and reviewing negotiation packages, managing caseloads, and overseeing settlement disbursements, including subrogation and lien resolution. Some travel and court appearances may be required.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Active member in good standing with the NC State Bar

• Minimum 1+ years of experience handling personal injury matters

• Ability to manage a high caseload and supervise paralegals/support staff

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
