The company is building a small, high-impact advisory bench to support the next phase of growth. Advisors are currently being sought in three areas: finance, supply chain and logistics, and marketing.

Location: Austin, TX preferred; remote considered

Compensation: Equity only (vesting over time)

About the Opportunity:

This is a strategic advisor role for experienced CPG leaders who want to support an emerging food brand with strong traction and meaningful upside. Advisors will receive a small equity stake in the company, with no cash compensation, no board seat, and no formal governance authority. The ideal advisor has helped build a scaled, high-growth food or lifestyle CPG brand and personally drove measurable outcomes in that company’s success. The goal is to bring on advisors who can offer practical guidance, strong judgment, relevant industry pattern recognition, and a valuable network.

Advisory Areas:

Finance Advisor

• Advise on financial planning, capital efficiency, margin strategy, forecasting, and cash management.
• Support fundraising readiness, investor conversations, and strategic finance decisions.
• Help strengthen KPI discipline, reporting quality, and planning rigor.
• Advise on financial corporate structure.

Supply Chain & Logistics Advisor

• Advise on manufacturing, sourcing, demand planning, inventory, fulfillment, and operational scaling.
• Help improve resilience, efficiency, and cost structure across the supply chain.
• Share practical insight on scaling from DTC into broader retail and distribution channels.
• Assist in negotiations with comanufacturers.

Marketing Advisor

• Advise on brand strategy, customer acquisition, retention, positioning, and growth.
• Help refine messaging for a premium, indulgent, high-protein consumer brand.
• Bring experience building culturally relevant, commercially strong food or lifestyle CPG brands.
• Aid in lowering Meta ad spend while increasing ROAS.

Food Scientist Advisor

• Advise on formulation strategy for high-protein dry mix products, including ingredient selection, functionality, taste, texture, and shelf stability.
• Provide guidance on protein systems, including whey, milk, pea, soy, and blended proteins, with attention to performance in baked or prepared applications.
• Evaluate product concepts and formulas for technical feasibility, scalability, and commercialization readiness.
• Recommend improvements related to sensory quality, processing, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
• Support troubleshooting tied to texture, clumping, moisture control, flowability, flavor, and finished product performance.
• Offer input on pilot runs, scale-up strategy, co-manufacturer discussions, and quality considerations.
• Advise leadership on technical priorities, development timelines, and product risk.
