Who You Are You are an experienced Accounting Specialist with a strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations. You have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Process payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee billing and invoice processing for clients. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual). Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain compliance with US GAAP and accounting best practices. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and payroll platforms. Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (minimum 5 years). Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience working with businesses under $50M in annual revenue. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level). Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Previous experience managing a team (preferred but not required).
