We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential home automation projects from concept through to handover. The role requires strong organisational, technical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high-end home automation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and interior designers to align project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential or commercial AV / home automation projects.
• Strong understanding of smart home and AV systems.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
