A Senior Engineer is required to take technical ownership of complex residential home automation projects, delivering premium smart home solutions and providing leadership to the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full technical delivery of high-end home automation projects.
• Design, install, and commission AV, lighting, networking, security, and smart home systems.
• Mentor and train junior and lead engineers, providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct system testing, problem-solving, and client handovers.
• Recommend technical improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in residential AV or home automation systems.
• Advanced knowledge of smart home platforms (e.g., Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX).
• Strong networking and integration skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
