Position Expectations: Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Investments team. The Senior Vice President will take a lead role in executing on all underwriting and project finance workstreams, leading the Investments team to drive forward our client’s 2GW pipeline of solar, solar+storage and standalone storage projects. The individual will also work closely with senior leadership across the Company in evaluating new growth markets and executing on strategic goals for the company.s team. Experience
Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy project finance, M&A, or related sectors Experience building and leading high-performance teams to successful outcomes Proven ability to enter new markets/products, push for growth in existing markets Demonstrated track record and working expertise across project/portfolio valuations, structuring Tax Equity and Debt financings at scale, M&A, and contract execution Apply critical, out-of-the-box thinking, be comfortable working on multiple workstreams in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment In-depth understanding of energy markets, solar, energy storage technologies, offtake structures Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Investments team on day-to-day execution of all underwriting and financing workstreams
- Structure and negotiate all offtake and financing contracts, expertly drive due diligence processes
- Lead Investment Committee process and credit approvals for financing partners
- Work with senior team members across verticals to drive pipeline execution; collaborate with senior
