Job Responsibilities
- 💼 What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Finance • Own and lead all financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. • Prepare strategic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Define and oversee KPIs, providing clear insights into business performance. • Develop and implement robust financial and tax strategies. • Lead on company secretary duties, accounts preparation, options schemes, and audits. • Ensure full compliance with GAAP and financial regulations. • Manage and nurture third-party relationships across finance, data, and insurance. • Support fundraising processes and capital strategy. • Play a key role in long-term strategic planning alongside the CEO and leadership team.
